Lead Generator – UK & South African Markets (Start January 2026)

MyTalent Software is growing — fast — and we’re looking for a confident, ambitious Lead Generator to help us connect with businesses in both the UK and South Africa. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving meaningful outreach and securing product demos that introduce them to our recruitment CRM platform.
What You’ll Do:
Research and identify qualified leads across both the UK and SA markets.
Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers.
Book demos for product walkthroughs.
Maintain detailed CRM notes and progress updates.
Consistently hit outreach and conversion goals.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation or telesales (cross-market experience a bonus).
Excellent English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent are essential for this role, ensuring effortless communication with clients globally.
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders across different markets.
Resilience, adaptability, and strong organisational ability.
A drive to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment.
