THE BEGINNING FEBRUARY 2019
An idea takes shape in Cape Town
MyTalent began in February 2019, founded by industry professionals with a practical understanding of recruitment and the challenges facing growing businesses. With the launch of our Cape Town office, we began turning that experience into a robust, adaptable software solution—shaping the concept, developing the platform and building the foundations for what would follow.
OUR UK CHAPTER 2020
Establishing our presence in London
The launch of our London office established MyTalent’s UK presence and opened a new chapter in our development. Working across South Africa and the United Kingdom brought fresh perspectives, helping us refine our software around the needs of teams operating in different markets.

We expanded our office footprint and extended our reach into the United States, building on our foundations in South Africa and the UK. Building towards a broader platform
Our focus widened to the relationships between people, customer information and everyday operations. We continued developing our software and automation capabilities, laying the groundwork for a broader product offering and a more connected approach to business management.
A NEW GENERATION 2025
Introducing MTV2, Jarvis and business management
The launch of MTV2 marked a new generation of MyTalent’s recruitment platform. We also introduced Jarvis, bringing AI assistance into the working day, and launched our business management offering—extending MyTalent into leads, sales, customer relationships and everyday operations.

THE NEXT CHAPTER 2026 TO DATE
More specialised products. More capable AI.
In 2026, we continued enhancing Jarvis and introduced A-MY and Gemma as additional AI agents focused on our business products. The launch of MT Insure and MT Fleet further expanded our offering, bringing dedicated solutions to insurance and fleet operations while continuing our commitment to adaptable, practical software.
